We are a team of Gold Coast based horticultural & design specialists that provide affordable online landscape design services for private use or for Council to create gardens for greater outdoor living. Our Website is currently undergoing a renovation but here is a brief list of some of the online and on-site work that we offer: Landscape Consultations - From $180 one of our consultants can come to your site, walk through the garden and provide you with plant, design tips and a "mud map". This is great for the D.I.Y gardener! (Gold Coast metro area for approximately 1 hour duration). From your scaled Base Plans, we can provide you with the following plans for private use or Gold Coast City Council submission:- Online Landscape Concept Plans - The Landscape Concept Plan, mainly for private use will commonly feature the building, boundaries and all hard landscaping elements. These elements can include positioning of all paving, pathways, steps, driveways, retaining walls, raised/other planters, pools, spas, water features, tennis courts, cabanas, garden beds areas, lawn areas, ornamentation, trees & dimensions where required. Plant details are not included. Online Landscape Intent Plans - These plans, sometimes required by Council will provide an overview of the way in which the proposed landscape design will address certain issues. It will provide hard and soft landscaping concepts & general notes on the type of plants to be incorporated within a Detailed Landscape Plan. Online Detailed Landscape Plans - Detailed Landscape Plans are often required by Council for new developments and include all aspects of hard and soft landscaping such as locations of footpaths, driveways, plants within each garden beds, lawn, fences, gates, planters, pools, utilities and dimensions where required. A Plant Schedule is prepared and is divided into Trees, Shrubs, Groundcover categories etc, as required by Council. Botanical names will be listed in alphabetical order & used in conjunction with Common names on the Schedule. Quantities & pot sizes of each species will be identified. Drafting Service for Landscape Contractors and Designers - Landscape Plans can be prepared for contractors who want a better presentation of their ideas and designs. Working with rough pencil and paper sketches, plans can be drawn up and provided in a PDF format.
